On August 11, 2017, Dr. Tamim Younos participated as a panelist at the Water & Resiliency – EcoForum at the 10th Annual Boston GreenFest. The panel convened at the historic Faneuil Hall at Boston City Hall Plaza and was hosted by the Foundation for a Green Future, Inc. As a panelist Younos discussed current challenges and promising practices in the way we manage our water resources. He also discussed how to advance equity in water resilience an important intersectional issue. Other panelists were Dr. Rob Moir, President and Executive Director of Ocean River Institute and Rachael Z. Miller, the co-founder/Executive Director of Rozalia Project for a Clean Ocean. The panel was moderated by Dr. Atyia Martin, Chief Resilience Officer at Boston Mayor’s Office of Resilience & Racial Equity.
